I would advise against engaging with this agency, as my experience with them has been highly unsatisfactory. The agency in question has demonstrated fraudulent behavior. During my dealings with them, I discovered that they were colluding with the seller. Upon taking possession of the house, I found that the previous owner, with the assistance of the agency, had replaced all the items in the house with older ones. This deceitful conduct has led me to strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this agency.
