Randy & Sherri purchased the Coldwell Banker Signature brokerage in 2016 and have since expanded to offer branches in both Prince Albert and Melfort. As the owner’s of Coldwell Banker Signature, the Singlers mentor more than 65 local real estate agents. Randy & Sherri are passionate about passing on their knowledge and helping others grow in their career paths. At Coldwell Banker Signature, they instill a client focused culture motivated to create memorable real estate experiences for each client.

Randy

Prior to real estate, Randy spent 19 years managing heating & cooling maintenance at the University of Saskatchewan and then went on to start his own local home inspection company. Randy incorporates his knowledge into his real estate practice to help clients make informed decisions during the purchase process.

Sherri

Sherri Singler is a Saskatchewan born professional curler with four provincial wins, four times competing at National Scotties, three Olympic Trials and three wins at Canada Cup of Curling. Sherri grew up on a farm just outside of Saskatoon in a town called Harris where her family still actively farms grain. Sherri served a two year term on the Board of Directors for Saskatchewan Association of Realtors.

Community

The Singlers are proud members of the YXE community and take pride in giving back. Randy just finished two years as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Saskatoon City Hospital foundation and had been involved with the organization for the previous 10 years. Randy is also a director of the Synergy 8 Community Builder group, which has raised $6.5M for community initiatives over the last 13 years.
